What an absolutely lovely idea – a yarn day. I too love the feel of yarn and the colour inspires me to perhaps have a colour day too where I paint and colour pictures etc. Thank you for inspiration and beauty.

Wow so beautiful is your blog. I too did a lot of knitting, would knit toys but nowadays no one wants knit toys they all go in for stuffed toys. But I found so nice things in your blog.

Thank you for your very sweet comment, Kamal β€ Stuffed toys are fun! I've knit several clowns and teddy bears by Gene Greenhowe. Have you seen my heart designs? Find links via "my designs" page π π Jackie@KWH

No will surely do that and they are such a pleasure to make isn’t it, yes and I too have done the clowns and teddy bears and they turn out so beautifully but no takers so have to stop.

Yes, can’t help but think hearty thoughts whilst knitting tiny hearts! π
Isn’t it funny how people value mass-produced bought stuff over handmade?! I paused my knit teddy bear gifts when one mom threw hers in the washing mashine, which ruined it
Still have a half-knit golfing clown that I started for my husband, thoughβreally ought to finish that! π π Jackie@KWH
