Hello & Welcome to my 51st episode of the
KWH iPad Show! Todayโ€™sย feature is a pretty petaled blog by one of the sweetest bloggers youย everย willย read ๐Ÿ™‚

Withย a mere 53 followers, I’m thinking Myra’s blog is one of the best kept secret treasures on WordPress! It was about this time last year when she found my blog and our friendship just blossomed from there โค Yup, there’s definitely something special about Myra! Perhaps it’s the charm of her english as a second language, or her nearly 80-year sense of gracious strength and determination, or her lovingly humble way with words… Whatever it is, she’s got it! Visit her blog and you’ll likely agree ๐Ÿ™‚

So now at nearly 80 years of age, Myra has taken up blogging as a way of introducing herย english version of “Everlasting Blossoms & Butterflies” (first published in Taiwan, 2011). Her story is a true family memoir, beginning about 100 years ago when her mom was a young girl in early 1900’s China. The story’s focus is about how her mom’s “Everlasting Blossoms” floral crochet designs came to be.

    • Thanks Kat ๐Ÿ™‚ I’m happy to think you’ll be enjoying Myra’s blog and really appreciate your support ๐Ÿ™‚ The numbering began last Easter, when my iMac died… Never in a million years would’ve imagined I’d make it to #51โ€”plus reblogsโ€”and still be counting on my iPad! :-/ ๐Ÿ™‚ ๐Ÿ’œ โค

      • In the like of where you write it that is a lot of writing on a tiny place. Kudos my dear I am happy that you have #51 As much as I love to write I doubt I would have 5 on the ipad. When I have to write a text on phone I get crazy because the keypad is so small. I love my keyboard and the space I have to write. I’m really really happy for you. โค Kat

          • Jackie, I got a quick question for you I want a throw done but I don’t knit I do crochet but haven’t done it in a while but still do it but what I want done is a throw about the size that will fit over a 2 or 3 seat sofa and I would love to have it done in all shades of purple…light to dark but I would want it done in the the large heart with the smaller hearts around it and I would want the big heart to change colors as the throw processed so that all the colors of the throw would have that important place in the throw..how much would something like that cost me? Can you do it and how much would it cost to get it to me and how much time would you need to do it?
I know a lot of question in one!!! Kat

  6. Wow, you make me think of my mom and one of my daughters. My mom crocheted the best things, from dresses, to doilies, bed spreads and more. My daughter knits amazingly. That rose is almost real.
