melting backyard snow

Won’t be long now… :)

Let the melting begin!

Well it appears that our weather has finally/actually/perhaps/maybe turned the corner toward spring… woohoo!!! Even so, I’m still in a state of digging out from under that snow-packed inbox of mine. Today, a month and a half after it was posted at the Lion Brand Notebook blog, I have finally gotten around to reading this article by Franklin Habit (dated February 12th, 2014. You can find the link posted on my Knitting With Heart Facebook page :)

.

So here ya go, Franklin Habit’s ready response to the next time someone asks,
“How long would it take you to knit me a _________?”
Enjoy ;)

happy melting! ❤ Jackie

    • AT LAST is right!!! :) There have been hints of melting here ‘n there, but our grass (and everything else) has basically been covered in snow for 5 solid months! Blogging helped get me through :) Posting so many snowy pics was both therapeutic and strange. Therapeutic to see winter’s beauty. Strange to edit photos on the computer, then look outside and see the same sight! … lol … Now finally seeing it all melt AND feeling warm enough to not need to bundle-up is SO good for the soul :)
